Cooke & Dowsett have recently worked in China, certifying & testing plumbing installation on transportable buildings being built for the BHP Billiton proposed township in Port Headland Australia. Cooke & Dowsett’s contract included providing material procurement, labor training, labor supervision, certification and mentoring of the local trade.
